My Own Experiences

I have always been inspired by the strength of women and the miracle of birth. This is why I became a professional Birth Doula. 

Local to the Sacramento Region, The Goal of my Doula Practice  is to serve women as they pursue their ideal birth. I have 5 children and with each child I had a unique birthing experience. My birth experiences ushered me to the door of my life purpose.

I hope to give you the support you need, to go into labor confidently, knowing you will not be  bullied into unnecessary interventions that produce an undesirable outcome. I want to support you in standing your ground. I Believe that a positive birthing experience is just as important as a healthy baby.

 I am real, I am down to earth. With me at your service you will feel supported, loved and not judged. I am here to empower you through not only the birth of your child, but your birth as a Mother.

Every woman deserves to have someone there to guide and assist them in making educated choices about their pregnancy, and remind them that they can trust the strength of their bodies during this time.
